Anything is Possible When You Open Your Heart to Love (Guided Meditation)

I saw three green circular shapes

I also saw a tree and some curvy defined lines expanding from the tree . . .

“It’s like you hear a whisper: ‘This is your truth’ ’’. . .

There was a sensation within my left ear.

It was so nice to be part of this meditation and I highly recommend it.

I felt sensations on the left side of my body as the meditation was going on and it helped that I did some writing beforehand, too.

I have done some things beforehand with Subliminals and more to hopefully clear out old beliefs in the subconscious which has great bearings of causing inner conflicts with our conscious decisions.

Plus, someone has ransacked my phone stating its in some kind of security lock and kept increasing from 1 hour …then hour would pass and then it be in 3 hour lock ….so I’m not doing it. I just turned it off and kept it moving forward, I was like Fuck it, just like the dang 1 smoke alarm that keeps going at it — well I’m gonna do something completely different! I still had my laptop so ‘oh well’ I managed!

I really like this meditation and plan to do 2x day for probably a week or so. . .
